And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people
“When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. (2Chronicles 7:13-15)
God’s eyes are open and his ears attentive to our prayers. So, come, let us pray in sincere repentance and seek his face! Let us also intercede for our community and our land faithfully as God’s chosen people.

And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. (James 5:15-18)
Gabriel Roberts (Chicago) (A baby boy of Andrew Roberts): “He has gone through heart surgery recently. On 10/9 morning the cardiologist and the surgeon discovered the cause of the lungs bleeding. It’s because one of the repaired heart valves had torn at the surgical site. This was causing extra blood flow in the lungs; this heavy blood flow created pressure and the bleeding was the result of it. So they operated on Gabriel to fix that tear in the valve. Please pray that they can fully repair it and that his heart would fully heal. The surgeon also said that the lungs “took a big hit”. So please pray for his lungs to heal as well. We’ve been told that Gabriel might stay on life support for a while to give his lungs a chance to heal and re-inflate. Please pray for him.”

I started to take a targeted anti-cancer drug. After that, it was also found that cancer cells are growing in my left brain according to the brain MRI, but they are small, so radiation therapy is not required. Currently, the targeted anti-cancer drug is a best treatment with taking a pain killer together. I will return to Chicago on Oct 20th and continue the treatment there. Although spreading the cancer cells in the spine and brain discouraged me initially, I accepted that God wants me to pray continually and trust him fully to see his glory and to experience his healing power. I pray that I may be thankful in all circumstances, overcome fear by faith, and live with a living hope. I pray that the targeted therapy may be effective to eliminate all cancer cells.” (In the latest blood test the level of cancer indicator was decreased to half of the previous test result, which means the targeted drug is working to eliminate cancer cells.
